Notes:

After the restaurant closed in 1958, the space remained empty until 2012, when it was taken over by Broadway supper club 54 Below. However, a cemented off portion indicates the possible existence of a tunnel leading up to what became, in 1977, Studio 54. 1. I have a couple of my grandparents New Year’s Eve wooden noisemakers from The Wivel.
Would these be of interest to anyone?

    1. Hi Gail,

I am making painting about the Wivel restaurant which includes some collage as well, using a old menu of theres. I would love to include another vintage element to the piece. Is there any way you could part with one of your noise makers?

      Thank you for your time!
